A finely made Edwardian necklace dating to c.1901, crafted in 9ct gold with a slight rosy hue, and formed from a tightly interlocking fancy link with a distinctive braided appearance. The pattern runs continuously around the chain, giving it a rich, textured look.
At 20.75 inches, it sits at an excellent length for wearing alone or carrying an antique pendant, while the closely worked links give the necklace a smooth, flexible feel around the neck. The original period clasp remains secure, and the 9ct marks are still clearly present.
Presented in very good antique condition, with the chain remaining sound throughout. An especially wearable Edwardian gold necklace with an unusual link pattern that gives it real character from every angle.
