An antique Victorian 18ct yellow gold bloodstone and carnelian spinner pendant crafted in 1876!
This fabulous antique boasts an intricate gold mount with a knot like motif forming the the frame.
The bloodstone and carnelian are in lovely condition however after 148 years the hallmarks are slightly rubbed, however they can still be made out.
