A fabulous antique 9ct gold back and front locket dating back to c.1900.
The front has the sweetest engraving of a swallow and floral pattern. The swallow is a bird which mates for life and therefore signifies love and faithfulness.
The outside circumference has a lovely 'wavey' effect which gives a nice aesthetic to the overall locket.
The reverse is mirrored with the same swallow and floral pattern with marks for '9ct back & front'.
The locket is in lovely condition with the clasp clicking firmly shut.
