An exceptional Victorian 9ct gold Albertina, featuring a finely detailed bird’s nest centrepiece separating rope chain links to either side. One end terminates in a decorative T-bar with an applied coiled design, while the other is fitted with a dog clip, allowing the piece to be fastened and worn as a bracelet.
The chain is stamped 9ct gold to both the dog clip and a plaque along the links, confirming its quality. Dating to the late Victorian period, c.1890, this piece is preserved in lovely condition and demonstrates the intricate craftsmanship characteristic of the era.
