An exceptional antique 9ct gold compass pendant dating back to 1895. The detailing and quality of the compass is outstanding. The outer edge if the compass features 360 degrees markers and the inside marks North, East, South and West.
The reverse of the compass has a very nice deep green bloodstone which is polished to a very high standard.
The compass is hallmarked for Chester assay office with date letter 'M' corresponding to 1895. Makers mark 'D&C
