A very unusual 9ct gold antique Victorian watch key crafted in the shape of a hunting horn which dates back to c.1860! The top base features a citrine set into the horn with beautiful floral chasing around the two ends.
This is a truly rare and unique piece which has such character and charm.
The chain connects the horn from one end to the other meaning it can be worn on almost any piece of jewellery and styled in many ways!
The key is unmarked however tested for 9ct gold. The end of the horn would have been where it once wound a pocket watch.
The horn is hollow and has a few tiny dings which are to be expected for an item of this age.
