A finely detailed antique pendant dating precisely to 1915, crafted in 9ct gold and designed as an elaborate radiating starburst set throughout with seed pearls. The central flower-like boss is surrounded by long pointed rays, each individually set with pearls, while smaller foliate and bud-shaped elements fill the spaces between.
The design has a strong radial form, with the pearl-set points projecting outwards from the centre and the outer decorative elements adding a softer botanical character. A small eyelet at the top allows the piece to be suspended from a fine chain.
Presented in very good antique condition with light age-related wear consistent with its age. The seed pearls remain securely set and the Birmingham hallmarks date the piece precisely to 1915.
