A small antique spring ring clasp dating to around 1900, crafted in 9ct gold and retaining its original internal spring mechanism. The compact circular form has a smooth rounded profile with a small thumb piece to open the clasp.
Measuring just 9.5mm across, this is a useful period fitting for attaching a pendant, charm or extending an antique chain while keeping the overall look consistent with older jewellery. Despite its small size, the clasp has a solid feel and the mechanism remains functional.
Presented in very good antique condition with light age-related wear consistent with its age.
