An antique 9ct rose gold compass and carnelian pendant which is just magnificent. This one of a kind little pendant is in excellent condition throughout and it has the most elegant design. The compass swings freely and when level, it still points North!
The compass is of lovely quality with a beautiful dark red carnelian agate.
It is hallmarked for Birmingham assay office, 9ct (375), with date letter 'd' corresponding to 1903. The outside links are also marked 9ct 375 which is a sign of good quality!
