A gorgeous antique 9ct rose gold pendant with Essex crystal which displays a wonderful scene of a Spaniel. An incredibly unusual, yet mesmerising antique.
The reverse features a nicely detailed compass which unfortunately does not seem to want to point to true North! There are a few blemishes to the compass glass with some surface marks as well. Considering this piece is 130 years old, it is to be expected however we don't think it affects the true beauty of this piece.
The pendant is made of solid 9ct gold and features a decorative linked chain which is fixed to the outside. The main body does not spin.
It is hallmarked for Birmingham assay office, 9ct (375), with date letter 't' corresponding to 1893.
