A delicate antique flower cluster ring dating to c.1920, crafted in 18ct gold with a platinum-set floral head and a bright white sapphire at its centre. The scalloped flower design gives the ring a crisp, feminine outline, with the white metal setting providing a striking contrast against the warm yellow gold band.
The centre white sapphire is estimated at 0.07ct, sitting proudly within the raised cluster. Fine detailing around the surrounding petals gives the face plenty of sparkle and texture while keeping the overall design light and elegant on the hand.
The combination of platinum and 18ct gold is particularly characteristic of the period, allowing the flower head to remain bright while the gold band adds warmth. Presented in very good antique condition with age-related wear consistent with its age.
