A stunning antique Victorian Sterling silver spinner pendant which is of an exceptional size!

This beautiful antique is expertly crafted with a very elegant and intricate mount.

The bloodstone and carnelian are in nice condition with very minor surface scratches.

It is hallmarked for Birmingham assay office with date letter 'r' corresponding to 1891.
