The piece is cast in an expressive three-dimensional form, depicting Cupid in a triumphant pose, holding an arrow and a laurel branch. This striking figural element is masterfully framed within an intricate, detailed acanthus leaves. The entire motif is mounted on a substantial base. The underside of the base is definitively engraved with Gothic style initials, a characteristic of period personalization.
