A beautiful Victorian 9ct rolled rose gold long guard in lovely condition, crafted in c.1880.
The chain has elegant belcher links of excellent quality and durability. It is a lovely length which can be worn doubled up around the neck.
The dog clip is in nice condition and is fully functional.
This piece is unmarked however it is rolled gold which means it has a durable 9ct gold layer over a base metal.
The Long guard would have once been to secure a watch to the end by the dog clip, however it can be worn and styled many ways! A very versatile piece to add to your jewellery collection.
