A substantial Victorian sterling silver cuff bangle dated to 1882, with a broad front panel covered in dense hand-engraved floral decoration. The design is filled with overlapping flowers, creating a richly textured surface that catches the light beautifully across the wrist.
The engraved section is framed by fine beaded borders, giving the floral panel a crisp finish against the smoother silver at the reverse. At 31mm wide and 37.3 grams, the bangle has excellent presence on the wrist while retaining a clean, balanced shape.
Finished with its original hinged construction and a strong, secure clasp, the bangle remains very wearable today. Presented in very good antique condition with age-related wear consistent with its age.
