A richly set vintage brooch dating to the 1960s, crafted in silver gilt and built around a dense cluster of deep red garnets and seed pearls. The stones are arranged in concentric tiers around a larger oval garnet at the centre, giving the brooch a strong domed profile and plenty of depth when viewed from the side.
The dark red garnets catch flashes of brighter crimson in the light, while the small white seed pearls break up the colour and add contrast across the surface.
Presented in very good vintage condition with light age-related wear consistent with its age. The stones and pearls remain securely set and the brooch fitting functions correctly.
